FEATURED ARTIST

MEG & DIA

Originally from Utah, Meg and Dia create infectiously catchy tunes laced with beautiful vocal harmonies on top of bombastic power chords and air-tight rhythms. Alternative Press listed them as one of their ‘100 Bands You Need To Know In 2006'. Their new album, Something Real (Doghouse Records), was produced by Stacy Jones of American Hi-Fi fame. They are playing this summer's Warped Tour and will be at the Grog Shop on October 29th.

Pepper and the Mad Caddies Bring the Good Vibes to Cleveland

mad caddies mp3s, songs, and tour schedule

You know when the Mad Caddies are in town the drinks a flowin' and the cigars are smokin'. Hailing from the central coast of California, the Mad Caddies came into existence in the summer of 1995.

They've been entertaining audiences around the country ever since with their seemingly endless touring including stints on the ‘97, ‘98, ‘00, and ‘03 Warped Tours. One listen to their music and you'll understand why. These California based rockers know how to have a good time and they are more than willing to share the good vibe. They are once again on a national tour, this time with fellow good time road warriors Pepper. You can catch both bands February 27th at the House of Blues - Cleveland.

What You Missed

This Charming Band, Sunday August 13 at Boardners

If you know anything about The Smiths you’ll know from this band’s name that they’re a Smith Tribute band, and a very good one at that. Based out of San Francisco, this 5 piece plays nothing but Smiths and Morrisey covers. Orlandissy takes the helm as the Morrissey front man, sounding and moving just as Moz does.

They played an hour and a half set that covered everything from How Soon is Now to Boy With the Thorn in His Side. The newly remodeled Boardners outdoor stage was packed with fans of the Smiths, who knew every song, without a care that this wasn’t the real thing. These guys nailed it and had a good time doing it too. Next time This Charming Band is in your area go see them whether you're a Smiths fan or not.
